How much time does it take to sell real estate?

The term of sale depends on various factors. Without taking into account the general economic situation in the country, the main criterion is the price and liquidity of the object. If the object is offered within the market price, then the approximate terms are as follows:
- land plot - 1-4 months;
- apartment / house - 3-6 months;
- commercial premises - 4-12 months.
The sale of objects worth more than $300,000 takes longer. But, based on our experience, we can assure you that there are exceptions.
Can I sell my property without intermediaries?
Yes, you can do it yourself. However, if you want to sell the object quickly, profitably, without wasting time on non-target customers and money on advertising, it is better to contact our specialists. The sales service will include the placement of advertising creatives with a high-quality presentation of the object, as well as the organization of viewings - all costs are at our expense.
How much does the service cost?
Our earnings consist of commissions, which are included in the cost of the object.
Counting can be done in two ways:
- progressive rate (expressed in %) – from 2% of the value of the object;
- fixed (expressed in a specific amount, tied to the US dollar) - from $1,500.
Conditions are discussed individually with each client.
At which stage does payment take place?
You pay for our services upon sale. That is, after you receive money from the buyer.
The scheme of cooperation is as follows:
- You provide us with an object for implementation.
- Until the moment of sale, all expenses are paid by us.
- After you receive the money from the sale, you pay us pre-agreed commissions.
On which ad platforms will potential clients see my property?
We are currently looking for clients through:
- our website;
- advertising platforms: OLX, DimRia, RealtorUA, etc.;
- external advertising: banners, signs, billboards;
- communication with partner agencies;
- closed bases.
How is the property inspection conducted, and do you provide legal services?
We advise you exclusively on the subject of the real estate sale itself (efficiency, conditions, etc.) and in parallel cooperate with lawyers and notaries who check each object.
This inspection is mandatory for us, because we value our reputation and deal only with objects with a "transparent" history.
What extra services do you offer?
In addition to property selection services / sales assistance, we also provide additional consulting and legal services directly or with the participation of our partners - certified specialists.
With our help, you can get the following services:
- Commissioning of the house / apartment - from $500.
- Realization of expert monetary evaluation of all objects - from UAH 1,000.
- Dividing a plot into parts or combining into one - from $150 per plot.
- Creation of a plot division project with exact dimensions - from UAH 2,000.
- Changing the purpose of the plot - from $100 per hectare.
- Conducting communications to the site, obtaining technical conditions - the price is negotiable.
- Excavation of plot boundaries in kind - the price is negotiable.
- Carrying out soil and relief research - the price is negotiable.
